How do I shop with HIJUP Point?

To shop with HIJUP Point, make sure you have enough point (the love).
Good news! When you shop at HIJUP.com, you will automatically receive HIJUP Points. The point amounts will vary for each product you purchase. After collecting enough points (love icon), you can use those points on the next purchase. Point can only be used for full purchases only so you cannot combine HIJUP Point with other payment methods.

Why can't I see product image for out of stock products?

Sold out products will be displayed only withinin 2x24 hours after the last customer bought it, after that it will be automatically withdrawn from product page. The product will appear once it is back in stock or if there is customer who canceled his/her order.

Where can I get information about product size and care guide?

We provide information about product size on each product page. Product size can be different in each brand at HIJUP.com. Please kindly adjust your size with the figured size in each product. For more information about how to determine your size, please seethis page

The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

Some products in HIJUP.com will be restocked by the tenant, but some products may not. If an item has been on restock, there is a caption ‘back in stock’ on the product picture. To find out if the item you want will be restocked or not, please contact our Customer Service.

The item I want is missing from the product page, what happened?

  1. Try to refresh the page, the position of product might have changed in collection page when any new products uploaded.

  2. If you still can’t find it, the product may have been sold out.

  3. If you’re not sure, please contact our Customer Service team.

Can I make an order through email, phone, or on social media?

No, you cannot. Order should only be made from our website at www.hijup.com. We do not take any orders via email, BBM, Facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest or any other social media.

When I am browsing the products, some are marked 'Sold Out', a few moments later that mark is gone. How is that possible?

The 'Sold Out' mark appears when the product is ordered by other customers so it become out of stock. We will replenish our stock for the product or other customers have cancelled their order. When the stocks are available, the 'Sold Out' mark will turn into 'Back in Stock'.

To shop at HIJUP.com first you need to Register first. Click ‘Register’ button, you can find it at the top right on the web page. After filling in your data, you can go straight to shopping.
