Tetapi sesungguhnya saat makan sahur sebaiknya tidak berlebihan. Walaupun makanan yang kita makan ringan, tetapi jika kandungan gizi di dalamnya mencukupi, maka puasa pun tak membebani. Salah satu menu yang bisa dicoba untuk sahur adalah sup. Selain ringan dan mudah dicerna, sup yang kaya akan nutrisi cocok untuk membekali tubuhmu selama puasa sehari. Jika kamu tidak ingin bangun terlalu awal dan memasak sup, kamu bisa menyiapkannya setelah Sholat Tarawih dan cukup menghangatkannya saat akan bersantap sahur. Campurkan semua bahan kuah <em>cream soup<\/em> dalam mangkok dan aduk merata. Sisihkan.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2. Tumis bumbu halus\u00a0lalu masukkan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan bawang bombay dan tumis hingga layu dengan api kecil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3. Masukkan jagung, wortel, kembang kol, dan jamur lalu tumis hingga matang merata.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">4. Setelah sayuran matang, masukkan kuah <em>cream soup <\/em>dan\u00a0beri sedikit gula.
