Mengusung konsep <em>real American Texas barbecue<\/em>, resto ini menawarkan suasana dan <em>dining experience <\/em>berbeda dari tempat makan <em>steak and ribs<\/em> lainnya. Store Manager Holy Smokes Tindah Purwasari menjelaskan, proses pengolahan daging unik <em>low and slow <\/em>menjamin kematangan sekaligus kesegaran cita rasa daging. \u201cKami memasak daging kami dengan <em>slow smoking<\/em> menggunakan kayu bakar selama antara 3-4 jam hingga 12-14 jam. Sehingga dapur kami selalu <em>standby <\/em>24 jam sehari. Kami pastikan sajian kami semuanya <em>fresh from the kitchen<\/em>,\u201d kata Tindah.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hijup.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/blog\/2015\/11\/DSC02166.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6713\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hijup.com\/blog\/2015\/11\/DSC02166.jpg\" alt=\"holy smokes senopati \" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Terdapat enam <em>main dish<\/em> di Holy Smokes: smoked beef brisket, Texas short ribs, southern style beef ribs, chicken barbecue salad, dan chicken sandwich. Kamu bisa memesan <em>main dish <\/em>ini dalam <em>plate <\/em>(a la carte), atau <em>diner <\/em>ekonomis dengan dua dari tujuh <em>side dish<\/em>: potato salad, homecut fries, mac and cheese, green salad, baked beans, coleslaw, dan corn on the cob. Menariknya, nasi juga tersedia dengan permintaan. \u201cKami ingin <em>customer<\/em> makan seperti di Texas. Para Texan biasanya makan menggunakan tangan tanpa garpu dan pisau, makan dengan lahap, sampai-sampai bumbunya berlumuran di jari,\u201d ujar Tindah. Harum daging asap seberat 400 gram dan warnanya yang <em>caramelized<\/em> segera mengundang selera. Dagingnya begitu empuk dan<em> juicy<\/em> menggoyang lidah, bumbu-bumbunya meresap sampai ke serat terdalam. Seporsi <em>diner<\/em> dengan satu <em>main dish<\/em> dan dua <em>side dish<\/em> cukup mengenyangkan untuk 1-3 orang.
